"Needs a few updates and clean"

"It was a little dated, but the king size bed was like sleeping in a rock it took my back out after two days the last night we rented another room 2 twin beds the mattress was much nicer. The breakfast is good, pool is large and has long and late hours. But in weekends the do karaoke till late and it's loud. Overall a good choice for a decent price"

"I booked my stay through Hotels.com and selected the option that included dinner and breakfast for 2 which I paid for. When we checked it we were informed that there were no meals included in my booking. I had to chat with an agent of Hotl.com nd ask him to call the hotel to verify thatthe meals were included in my booking."

"Stayed at Devera Hotel on a recent trip to Pampanga. Check in went well. Location was convenient to SM Clark. The AC in the room was great. Safe worked well and bed was comfortable. Wifi speed was adequate. Here are the problems. Water would get barely warm at best. There is a club next door that plays loud music till 5 or 6 am. I don't mind the street sounds but the bass from the speakers really make it difficult to get a good night sleep. I was considering rating it a 3 or 4 but opted for 4...
